The New Orleans Abortion Fund is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides financial and practical support to help people across the Gulf South access legal abortion care. We work in partnership with our callers, our communities, and our clinics.
We exist not because some folks can’t afford their healthcare, but in response to excessive and systemic barriers to that care. Our mission is to fund abortions. Our vision is that someday we won’t have to. We dream of a world where everyone has the resources they need to decide how and when they create family, without coercion or violence, and where every one of those families’ emotional, physical, and relational needs are met.
